We made mosaic hearts.

We presented information about geographic regions. 

We wrote about our favourite French books. 

Mme Meagan came to teach us about the furs. 

We were doing math problems with different numbers. 

We were learning fractions with Mme Page. 

We were painting cards for Valentine's Day with our book buddies.

We made envelopes for our Valentines. 

We were playing with flashlights and learning about light in science. 

We are doing research projects about countries. 

On 100 day we had to do activities for 100 seconds. 

Mme Peters instructed us on keeping a calm mind and keeping a calm body. She gave us a worry stone and journal. 

In the gym we listened to the Blue Bombers read and then we read with our book buddies. 

We love to read!

We played a Festival du Voyageur Kahoot and a coding game with Mme. 

We danced with Mme Lachance. 

We played voyageur games in the gym. 

We played bingo. 

We explored a voyageur museum in the library with Mme Heather. 

We enjoyed some bannock!

Our grade 4 students learned how to put on their cross country skis in the gym with our other grade 4 and 5 friends.

We planned and prepared some artwork inspired by The Granny Awards characters.

Here is how we keep busy and have some fun during indoor recess!

We had many guests come to visit us this month for I love to read and to talk about smudging. 

We asked each other questions in French to collect data for the graphs we will create in February. 

Here we are making square numbers and looking for patterns. 

We worked together to create food chains. 

We researched habitats and created dioramas. 

We did math and science centers. We measured, observed, played games and did Reflex math. 

Sadly Mme was sick and missed the musical theatre performance Madagascar but she will get to read all about the show in our journals on Monday!
