December

Here are our English centres. We did Bannagrams, played Pictionary, Raz-Kids on the iPads, Words Their way, reading to a partner and journal writing.

We are making the world map and we have to know what it looks like and where the continents go.

Here we are making our project for the bulletin board downstairs. We had to make 6 different squares and we got to choose the ones we like the best.

We are working on our Keynote projects learning about continents. We all have different books about the continents.

We were doing a play about the three little pigs in French.

On the carpet we turn and talk to a partner about what we would rather do when Mme asks us a question.

We were playing games with different kids from different classes to practice our French.

In the library we have a maker space. We take turns using it.

Mme's sister came, Constable Cross, and she taught us about the 4 different kinds of bullying: cyber, physical, verbal, social/emotional.

Our math centres were math with Mme, Reflex math, making 100 with dice and a calculator and the multiplication game.

Here we are making our elves. We had to pay for our materials with a credit card. We had $50.

We are making gingerbread houses with our reading buddies.

On the last day before the break we played the Ho Ho Ho! game. Ask me to explain it to you!

We had lots of fun bowling!
