October

This is us painting a project for Halloween. We made haunted house silhouettes.

We are studying rocks and looking at them to see how hard they are.

We are doing fun math centres.

Here we are studying the map of Canada.

This is when the grade 4 and 5 students went to Cross Country. They ran at Assiniboine Park and they came back with awards.

Here we are doing centres about rocks. We used plastic animals and Play-Doh to make fossils.

We are making zucchini bread! It was so delicious! We talked about how ingredients are like minerals and the bread is like rocks!

We made a marble run during free time!

Some of the people from the Winnipeg Symphony came to present their instruments. It was the best section we've heard!

We are reading our books to a partner in French.

We are doing some hip hop dancing with Mr. Joseph and it was crazy and fun!

It was fun with Mr. Joseph but sadly it ended!

We are making puzzles with our group to see if we can finish it all together.

We were solving a math problem. It was challenging.

Today is Halloween and here are some students working on patterns and Halloween math!

Happy Halloween everybody!
