We started the month with the Terry Fox run!

We presented poems in English and French. 

We did partner reading outside when the weather was nice!

We are practicing our maps to learn continents, oceans and provinces of Canada. 

We are also learning the capital cities of Canada. 

We are writing paragraphs about the Elise Gravel series we read. 

We were playing a French word game to practice the sounds. 

Mme read A House That Once Was to the class. 

We watched a science presentation about habitats and aliens and then designed our own!

We were putting our names in the Venn diagram. 

We are counting collections. 

We played a math game about strategies. 

We measured our gourds, the weight and the circumference. 

We made stamps with an autumn theme. 

We were painting sunsets. 

We added silhouettes.

For our math class, we made zucchini bread. We measured and talked about fractions. 

It tasted delicious!

We read our French writing to a partner to see what we could add or improve. 

We played bingo for prizes!

We built either a tower or a spider web. 

We had a lot of fun!
