May

Making robots on May the fourth!

Our dog art project turned out great!

Mme Page taught us the double and half strategy for multiplication.

We solved some problems using the strategy.

When we finish our math work we play games to practice our basic facts.

We reviewed fractions.

We learned about geometric solids and shapes.

We designed a red dress for MMIWG awareness.

We wrote about our stuffed animals in French.

We edited and reviewed our writing with a partner.

We painted pots!

We painted our pottery projects.

We planted 6 different types of seeds.

We did an experiment with Mme's Mother's Day flowers and some blue food dye.

The bike rodeo was fun and we learned important safety rules for the road.

We listened to a Métis story and created some art with beads that was inspired by the story.

We took a picture of the artwork and added to it using Book Creator.

We had a special guest guide us through another Norval Morrisseau art project.

Our English book study is Charlotte's Web. We are learning about friendship and asking each other questions to learn more about each other.

We are brainstorming ideas for our debate after watching The Fox Conundrum!

Track and field at Sturgeon - what a beautiful day!

Our grade 4 students participated in many physical activities all day.

Free time Friday is fun!

Recess is also a lot of fun!
